Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@conquerorclothing.co.uk. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost, and no refund will be issued until the item(s) has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. We will ship the new item as soon as we receive the returned one.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically. Depending on your card issuer, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
